I'd just add that training and networking are essential when things get tough. We've invested in Lovegrove training, dvd's and books and they are invaluable.

We've booked to go on the pto training course in egypt

I have to confess to getting cold feet about the expense when it came to settle the balance but Godfrey persuaded me that we needed the break from our special needs young people to think through to the next stage, pick up some ideas and training and share ideas and experience.

Head in the sand, as John Rahmim said, is not a good idea.

Some great comments, it's all too easy to stick your head in the sand and hope that things improve, 2009 will be the toughest year for a long time however a good positive attitude is almost as important as cash in the bank!
