Instant inspiration 3

August 30th, 2008

This weeks quote is from Bill Gove.

“Everyone loves to buy, but they hate to be sold to. Lead with your ears, ask questions, assess needs, and above all develop relationships. If you are really good at it people will practically beat your door down to buy from you.”

Can you believe this is just natural sunlight. The light on the girls face is reflected from the windows of a building in front of her and the backlight is from the sun itself.

Can you believe this is lit with just natural light. The light on the girls face is the sun reflected from the windows of a building in front of her and the back light is directly from the sun itself. Having reflected sunlight as the key light means there is less squinting. There is a faint ring of flare in the image shadows.

Rapport is the new driver of sales – not the ‘close’. Building a genuine, trusting relationship with our clients is a principle we have used for many years now and it certainly works. It’s more fun than the hard sell approach too.

Have to agree most strongly its all about relationships. Managing expectations and surpassing them. Once you have gained trust only you can lose it. It is easier and cheaper to network than gain new fresh cold leads.
