6 studio shots of Katy McGee
February 1st, 2013
Hair and make up by the fab Jenny Davies
All corsets and accessories by: Lisa Keating
I’ve been shooting this ‘light and bright’ style for a while now in my studio. I used this shoot to work on the background proximity options.

3. Lisa Keating makes the most wonderful corsets for any and every occasion. Katy’s hair flows like wild fire.
This was a lovely experience to reconnect with Katy and for us to shoot together again. We have a mutual trust and respect that makes working together fun and I’m so lucky to have Katy as a friend too. It was an opportunity for Lisa to get a few shots of her latest creations and I further honed my latest lighting style. My next blog post will reveal where this high key look is going. I’ve shot that set using special glass too so stay tuned.

Great pictures Damien, that sure is a nice background colour (sea foam) is that a painted wall or one of your gels?

As always, I’m pulled right in.
That first shot… like a swirling mix of Annie Lenox, Adam Ant and… Tinkerbell! (Katy’s one of my favorite of your models with her delicate pixie-like form)

Incredible Damien!!! Fantastic images. Everything about the images is fantastic and the cherry on the cake for me is the fantastic colors. The blonde, black and green are brilliant!!
