This weeks inspiration comes from a famous quote by a famous entrepreneur. We all know about the importance of listening to our customers but what happens when you think outside the box. What happens when your vision is bigger than that of your customers… – potentially great things. I say potentially because the project to deliver a new product to market requires careful implementation and needs to be backed up with a rigorous test and measure process. We’ve all seen failures like the Sinclair C5, but every now and then brilliance emerges and leads the market.
