This was always going to be an amazing reunion. Just over 4 months without shooting together and the team were back for this very special workshop. Vicky Waghorn provided Chloe Jasmine with her make up and tamed her wonderful hair. Clothes were provided by Chloe Jasmine and Cathy of the Handmade Corset Company. There were 4 delegates and myself  shooting in this wonderful country house. The photographs were mostly lit using continuous light from a Lupo 1200 or indeed daylight. The Juke Box shot was lit with an Arri 300 and a Lowel ID light. Post production is by the amazing Marko Nurminen. I hope you enjoy my pictures from the shoot.

This set of shots just go to prove that there is a special chemistry between you, the camera and Chloe. This came over in your first fabulous book and now seems to be the way forward however knowing your track record for pushing boundaries I think not.
Keep pushing the photographic envelope Damien we all right behind you, watching and learning.
    Thanks from all your fans

I absolutely love number 24 although they are all gorgeous. Soooo gutted I missed out on this workshop grrrr! I got to peek behind the scenes though while doing the workshop “next door” and we kept hearing the sound of commotion and laughter that always seems to follow the incandescent Chloe in her wake. Beautiful, beautiful images. And next time you book Chloe for a workshop, please save me a spot! :-)

      Hi Sarah,

It was lovely to see you last month as it always is. Thank you for your very kind words and constant support. Italy will be amazing and if we can get together in August it will be fab too – I’m open to ideas :)

      Kindest regards and hugs,

      Damien.

Always such a great set of inspiring images. I love the design, the light and how ‘settling’ the images are.

      Hi Andy,

Thank you, I understand your smart comment on the settled nature of these shots. The relationship that Chloe and I have is really evident here. We feel a bit like Torvil and Dean at times. Instinctively knowing what is needed and when.

      Kindest regards,

      Damien.

      Hi Guido,

Thank you. Chloe and I love creating the MM look. I am back in Germany at Baden Baden at the end of May. Details are here. The iPad certainly did have an impact at Photokina with my impromptu talk on portraiture in the isles :) Thank you again.

    Hi Damien
Thanks again for a beautiful set of images and for a really inspiring day. Chloe was sublime and is clearly destined for great things. While reviewing my own images to be posted I was struck by the “golden age of the silver screen” feel to the shoot and Marilyn Monroe like comparison speaks for itself.
Great day. Thanks again to yourself and Chloe. Best wishes for the book and the next big project.
